Lawbreakers

According to explanatory dictionary a lawbreaker is the one who breaks laws common for society, laws written in the code of laws. Though, if talking about difference between lawbreakers and troublemakers, the lawbreaker is something more that just a person who breaks laws. It is one who acts in illegal way and with its actions compromises lives and health of other people.
As a rule lawbreakers are sure that they are allowed to do anything they want. Law states that any action is allowed in case if it is not run counter the law. The same rule is true for criminals, though they have their own code of rules. So, those actions are allowed that don't run counter the criminal code of laws. And the criminal code of laws is something way different the common code of laws.
It is common for lawbreakers to believe that government is a source of all evil. They also believe that it is the government that causes sufferings and troubles for common people. And according to criminal code of law it is okay to cause certain harm to those who offend common people. So, according to their code of laws it is okay to fraud and theft in case if those actions directed against government.
There are also lawbreakers who are not satisfied with simple theft and they believe that there is something else has to be done in order to punish the system. Those people are okay with murder and other terrible actions against humans. They never recognize their fault as according to their beliefs they are right.
